Worxinfo is a system of databases that are interlinked to provide the maximum usefulness with the minimum effort from users. As an example you get a sales call - "Hi it's Pete - we met at the NEC a couple of months ago and discussed suspension upgrades". The (potential) customer assumes you remember him, but you met hundreds of people at the show. Do you admit you haven't a clue who he is?.

No problem. Click on Contacts - enter 'Pete nec susp upgr" and click Find. Worxinfo simultaneously searches in Names, Company, Address, Notes, Where Seen etc., and almost immediately you have a short list of Petes from the NEC who were interested in suspension upgrades.

On a typical database with 10,000 records this type of search will take less than 2 seconds. In the same time you could click on 'History' and get a complete list of all enquiries, orders and invoices related to a customer - with unpaid invoices highlighted in red!
